Water and Trash paid with fridge, microwave, stove and garbage disposal in the apartment, electric runs around $30. The washing machine is also 10 feet away from my front door but you cannot hear it when others are using it. I also have a porch that looks out across a small space and Jones park is about 100 feet away to walk, run, or play disc golf. There are cats and dogs allowed under 25 pounds. The square footage is around 420. It is an effciency so if you are looking for a space for just you this would be the place! The landlords are very nice and the grounds are very well kept. I am looking for a sublet for the remainder of the lease starting in April/ May which ends in August or for the Summer. You would share this apartment with 2 other girls who are easy to get along with. The community it pretty rad, you not only have a pool but a hot tub and a grilling section for any occasion, and maintenance fixes any complaint the next day, so it's pretty awesome and the perfect place to live for the summer.

My husband and I need a room, and also hopefully a second room for an office.
We have a friend wanting to live with us, making up the 3rd room. If you have a place with 4 rooms, we can get one more person to move in, provided there is more than one bath.
Because we'd be paying for more than one room ourselves, we are looking for something around $300 or less per bedroom.
Utilities don't need to be included.
IMPORTANT: We need a place that allows caged pets, including Ferrets. (we have two of them)
If there is a two bedroom, that is large, we would be willing to go for that as well, provided 3 people can be on the lease.
We are not smokers. We are responsible adults who have never missed a payment on anything.
